Note 2: For any commission above USD 1, the supplier will charge USD 1 for every USD 1 that is required by the buyer.

Procedures for Importing Cement

1. Client issues LOI on original company letterhead - it states the quantity & target price.

2. Seller provides FCO

3. Buyer signs FCO & returns to seller together with BCL, stating the intentions & capability of the buyer to buy the commodity at the agreed volume in accordance with the agreed price.

4. Seller issues Draft Contract to buyer.

5. Buyer returns approved draft contract - seller will provide final contract.

6. Buyer rasies agreed financial instrument - non operative to the seller.

7. Within 24-48 hrs of receiving the non-operative financial instrument, seller will then provide proof of product (POP) and 2% PB.
